I’m Aline, a Project Manager & Operations Specialist passionate about helping businesses create more structure, clarity, and efficiency through organized systems, workflows, and operational support.
Before transitioning into the digital world, I spent over 10 years working across hospitality, hotel management, and international tourism, collaborating with people from diverse cultures and fast-paced global environments. My experience as a flight attendant allowed me to travel to more than 75 countries, strengthening my adaptability, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Over the past several years, I’ve supported entrepreneurs, startups, and remote teams through project coordination, operations support, workflow organization, and AI-assisted systems, helping businesses improve efficiency and maintain operational clarity across growing teams and projects.
